John A. Harras is a founding partner of Harras Bloom & Archer LLP.  His practice involves   commercial, corporate, land use, and real estate litigation in state and federal courts, as well as  the representation of developers and other clients before municipal boards and agencies. Mr. Harras also serves as a New York State Supreme Court referee in cases involving easement and boundary disputes.

In addition to being admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York, Mr. Harras is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as other federal courts throughout the country.
